Recommendations to the Parents

1. The whole hearted co-operation of the parents with the school authorities alone will enable their children to make the best use of the facilities provided by the school. Hence parental co-operation is expected.
2. Parents and guardians are particularly expected to sign any remark written in the diary, the progress report or any similar document when so required. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to being sent home.
3. Parents, Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
4. Ordinarily communications with parents/guardians are made through the school diary. Parents/Guardians are requested to go through the school diary and to sign the remarks/comments made by the Principal/Teachers. All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
5. Parents are expected to meet the teachers and examine the answer sheets after every examination. If the parents/guardians want to meet the class teacher or the subject teacher of their ward, it can be done only after making an appointment through the Principal.
6. Parents and guardians may meet the Principal between 9:00 am to 10:00 am.(At other times by appointment only)
7. Any change of address must be immediately communicate to the Principal.
8. No school business will be transacted on holidays or after the school hours.
9. The school reserves the right to introduce, withdraw, modify amend or alter any of the information contained herein.
