Rules and Regulations
• Students should arrive at the school at least 5 minutes before the assembly. Soon after the assembly bell, the school gate will be locked and the late comers will be asked to go home at the risk of the parents/guardians. • Parents are expected to participate in all school functions when they are invited. • The principal has the full right to suspend a student the principal may also ask parents, guardians to withdraw their child from the school if his/her educational progress or conduct is not found satisfactory, in extreme conditions a child may even be rusticated if his/her behaviour and attitude are highly undisciplined, objectionable and against the ideals of the school. • Parents are advised to check the Tiffin of their wards at the time when the children leave home. Guardians will not be allowed to deliver those Tiffin at any cost once the students enter the school. • To ensure safety of their bicycles student are advised to keep their bicycle locked and at their allotted place, school is not responsible for lost and theft of bicycle. • The school does not accept responsibility legal or otherwise for unforeseen accidents in the school or while traveling in the school buses and on tours and travel. • No student should be sent to school if suffering from contagious or infectious diseases or if there are such cases. • Students won’t be allowed to attend classes without proper uniform • It is compulsory for all students to participate in school functions, sports, games, social, cultural and literary activities. • Rickshaws and vans are run by outside contractors; guardians are therefore requested to make their own conveyance as far as possible. • If a child continues to be absent for a month without permission, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls and in case of re-joining, in addition to the admission fee payable, re-admission shall be subjected to the discretion of the Principal. • Strict regularity, implicit obedience, honesty, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected from every pupil. Students and their parents must strictly confirm to the instructions, rules and regulations laid down in this regard. • Care must be taken for all School property and no student should scratch or spoil the desk or benches or damage nay school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls, even by accident should be reported at once to the appropriate authority. Any kind of damage done to the property of the school must be made good. • Each class will be responsible for looking after the class property.No jewellery is allowed in the school. • Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal. • Fine may be imposed by the Principal for breaches against regularity or discipline. • No Pupils will be promoted to the next class before the end of the school year. • No gifts to the members of the staff or other remunerations in their honour will be allowed without the permission of the Principal. • All fees and dues for the term must be cleared in full, before the beginning of the examination. If not, the pupils will not be allowed to sit for the examination. • Each student is required to be present for 90% of School days as pre-condition for promotion. • The result declared at the end of the year is final and cannot be reconsidered. In all question of promotion the Principal’s decision is final. • Silence must be observed in the school premises during class hours. • Smoking and chewing of pan by the students are strictly forbidden. • If any incident taken place internal committee will enquire first and settle the issues of the school. • Students should treat others respectfully and are responsible for other’s good name. Calling nicknames and spreading rumours are strictly forbidden. • Pupils are forbidden to bring crackers, camera, mobile phones or any other dangerous things to the school. • It is compulsory for every student to take part in co-curricular activities organized by the school. • All pupil should devoutly take part in the common prayers which will be recited before the beginning of the day and after this the students greet in common the teacher who presides. • Any documents from the office such as Transfer certificates, extracts from admission registers etc., should be applied for at least three working days in advance. • Do not throw about bits of paper in class rooms and varantha’s. Please pick up bits of paper and drop them in dust bins. • Metal boxes for carrying books, blades and other such sharp instruments are not to be brought to school. Books, Magazines and other periodicals, not approved by Headmaster/ Principal should not be brought to the school and if brought are liable to be confiscated. • Each one is free to bring any complaint to the authorities. • In and out of school every child's behaviour should be such as to bring honour to himself, his family and the School. • Rules and regulations mentioned herein may be changed as per the decisions of school management.
